Child Criminal Exploitation and County Lines	In June 2025, a new Section 3, Child Financial Exploitation, was added.
Internet, Photographs and Mobile Phones	In June 2025, information was added into Section 3, Risks in relation to sexually coerced extortion.
Smoking	In June 2025, a link was added to Young People and Vaping (NHS).
Recognising Abuse and Neglect	In June 2025, amendments were made to the definition of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in line with further revisions to Working Together to Safeguard Children.

Safeguarding Children from Radicalisation and Extremism	This chapter was updated in December 2024 to reflect updated Prevent duty statutory guidance.
Recruitment, Assessment and Approval of Foster Carers	In December 2024, information was added on how to request information about an applicant from Ofsted.
Managing Allegations Against Staff and Foster Carers	This chapter was updated in December 2024 to include a link to the GOV.UK, Disclosure and Barring Service Guidance Leaflets.
